CANCELLED: Little Visitors – performative workshop

Sun 8. 6. 2025, 10:00

Accompanying program to the performance Little Visitors, in which we will explore natural color resources.

In the distance, a blackbird sings, the grass rustles underfoot, and we set off on a walk through the nature of Jundrov, the gardeners' colony, and the surrounding forests. We will meet plant beings, whom we will ask for a floral contribution to our basket, and then we will brew a colorful potion from it. The adventurous and unpredictable alchemical process, full of surprising color transformations, begins. The cauldron over the fire bubbles and spits, and before it gives us its creation, we will together make simple puppets from the gathered material, which will be part of the final performance Little Visitors.

Together with their parents, children will embark on a journey into the Jundrov forest, where they will discover natural nooks, collect materials from the surroundings, and explore the colors of plants. They will brew a colorful potion, create simple puppets, and take part in a visual and theatrical workshop inspired by the performance The Visit.

This performative workshop is prepared by visual artist and co-author of Little Visitors, Veronika Vlková, and ecologically minded gardener Barbora Doležalová.
